RBE partner Don Smith has been elected President-Elect of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana (“DTCI”) for 2020.  DTCI is a statewide organization composed of civil litigation defense attorneys.  Don is a member of the Employment Law Section, served as the chairman of the Worker’s Compensation Section in 2012, and has been on the Board of Directors since 2013.
