K. Douglas Cook

Doug Cook began his career as an accountant in public accounting before completing law school in 1986. Doug has owned and operated several businesses in addition to his professional practice. Doug’s primarily legal work is in the areas of business organization and structure, mergers and acquisitions, contract review and negotiations, and general business advice. Doug has represented many business owners, physicians, physician groups, and entertainers.
Ball State Alumni Council, 2018-Present. Served as Member of Executive Committee and Treasurer
Crooked Stick Golf Club, Member of Board of Directors from 2002-2008 and President during 2007 and 2008. Member of many committees. Committee Chairman for 2005 Solheim Cup, 2009 USGA Senior Open, 2012 BMW Championship and 2016 BMW Championship
United States Golf Association. Current Member of Regional Affairs Committee and Former Member of Mid-Amateur Committee. Certified Rules Official.
Member of Carmel United Methodist Church.
