Bryce Bennett, Founding Partner of Riley Bennett Egloff, To Retire After 45 Years

Today Riley Bennett Egloff celebrates the career of a Founding Partner Bryce Bennett, who will begin his well-deserved retirement on January 1, 2023.

Since 1978 Bryce has provided exceptional service to his clients.  In his 45-year career, he has worked as a business and trial lawyer and trusted advisor, representing insurance companies, product manufacturers, construction contractors, entrepreneurs, design and engineering firms, manufacturers, real estate and development companies, doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, medical and transportation companies, practicing attorneys, law firms, local and state government and many others.  Bryce has successfully handled and closed thousands of matters through business negotiations as well as successfully litigating disputes to a favorable conclusion through dismissals, dispositive motions, negotiated settlements, mediations, arbitrations, and numerous bench and jury trials in state and federal courts.

Bryce also serves the not-for-profit community by volunteering his time working for, leading and chairing many different organizations, including the Indiana Election Commission, Arts Council of Indianapolis, Better Business Bureau of Central Indiana, Indianapolis Bar Foundation, Indianapolis City Market, Indiana Health Care Policy Institute, Indianapolis Library Foundation, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, Indiana and Indy Chambers of Commerce and many more. In addition, Bryce has actively participated in economic development missions on behalf of the City of Indianapolis, traveling to Brazil, India and Australia.

We are extremely grateful for Bryce’s leadership within the Firm and his training and mentorship of younger attorneys over the past 45 years. Today, many of those young attorneys are well-seasoned and experienced Partners in the Firm.  Bryce has diligently pursued and successfully achieved his goal of creating a well-respected institution in our legal community that will continue to provide the highest quality legal work, responsive service, favorable results, and economic value to deserving clients – long after he is gone.

We wish Bryce all the best in the next chapter of his life while he participates in recreational sports and activities, enjoys music and the arts, pursues life-long learning opportunities, reads and writes for pleasure, and spends even more time with his large and growing family. Thank you, Bryce, for your invaluable contributions and career-long dedication to Riley Bennett Egloff.  Congratulations!
