For Lindsay, litigation is the ultimate intellectual challenge; a real-world puzzle where preparation, insight, and precision make all the difference. Whether crafting persuasive arguments or navigating fast-moving disputes, she brings sharp analytical thinking, resilience, and genuine passion to every case she handles.
In her civil litigation practice, Lindsay advocates for clients in both state and federal courts throughout Indiana, bringing a strategic and solutions-focused approach to every case. She has represented a wide range of clients – including businesses, individuals, insurers, health care providers, and government entities – across a spectrum of complex disputes.
Her experience spans contract and commercial litigation, insurance coverage issues, real estate and property claims, premises liability, and employment-related matters. Lindsay has also litigated appeals before both the Indiana Court of Appeals and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Prior to joining Riley Bennett Egloff, Lindsay worked for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, where she served as the inaugural law clerk to Magistrate Judge Doris L. Pryor for nearly five years, and later as law clerk to Magistrate Judge M. Kendra Klump. As a law clerk, Lindsay assisted in research and drafting orders in a variety of civil matters. While in law school, Lindsay was a judicial extern for the Honorable Heather Welch and the Honorable Timothy Oakes of the Marion County Superior Courts.
As a graduate of the Indiana State Bar Association’s (ISBA) Leadership Development Academy Class 11, Lindsay is committed to serving her personal and professional community. She serves on the Executive Committee for the Women & the Law Division of the Indianapolis Bar Association and regularly volunteers with the Indianapolis Bar Association, providing bar exam takers with essay assistance.
Represented eight individuals who suffered property damage due to a roofing company’s activities. Obtained favorable settlements for all individuals, including attorney fees.
Represented a business owner whose information had been used in an internet scam. Obtained verdict in favor of client.
Represented health care provider clients in defense of premises liability claims involving slip and falls by visitors in/around facility.
Represented health care providers in defense of Section 1983 claims.
Represented a business owner in defense of an invalid mechanic’s lien.

Lindsay lives in downtown Indianapolis with her two cats, Milo and Daisy. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys traveling, reading fantasy novels, watching sports, and learning to speak French.
